Scientific Poster Requirements
To ensure a consistent and professional presentation, please follow the guidelines below for your scientific poster:
Poster Format
- Use the official poster template and include all designated boxes.

- Poster dimensions must comply with A0 format, portrait orientation:
- Width: 33.1 inches (841 mm)
- Height: 46.8 inches (1189 mm)
Abstract ID
- Your Abstract ID – OR001 will be sent to you by email once your abstract is confirmed.
Poster Setup & Display
- Posters should be mounted on July 6 or July 7 between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- All posters must remain on display until the end of the conference on July 8.
- Upon arrival, locate your assigned poster number on the display boards.
- Please refer to the conference program for specific exhibition times.
